Vouchers will be held at the gate for collection, or you can select below to have it posted to you. Voucher recipients are still required to book their preferred date of visit via our website, selecting the “redeem a voucher” option. They may then present their voucher upon arrival at the gate.

Booking Information

Chenies Manor House Tour

Our knowledgeable Guides are here to take groups on guided tours around the house.   The tour explores Chenies history  through the stories of the people who have lived here.   

Tour duration: 45 minutes
Tour departs: every 15 minutes.

Please note that if you purchased a ticket for House entry, a tour or event you are not entitled to cancel your purchase.

Your contract for the purchase of ticket(s) is formed once we have sent you a confirmation of purchase and will expire immediately after the completion of the event for which you have purchased ticket(s).

The price of the tickets will be as displayed on the website.

The sale or other issuance of any Ticket is final and non-refundable except as outlined below:

• If the event you have booked is cancelled, rescheduled or has changed location, you are entitled to a refund of the value of the ticket.
• If an event is rescheduled to another date, your tickets should be valid. If you cannot make the rescheduled date, then you are entitled to a full refund.
